Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameVision's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date.

Limitation of Liability

GameVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Professional Standards

Our research and consultation services are provided in accordance with established professional and academic standards. We strive to maintain objectivity and independence in our research methodologies and findings.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our research and consultation services, as research findings may vary and depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

You may not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature through our systems or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.

Changes to Terms
